Delete your Jagigs account
Delete it in the app
- Open the Jagigs app and sign in.
- Tap More, then Profile.
- Scroll down, tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and signs you out on every device.
Can't use the app?
Email support@jagigs.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Jagigs account". We'll confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 7 days.
What we delete
Your name, email address, phone number, address and its location, date of birth, gender, Mobile Money details, profile photo, and gig photos and videos. We also delete your favorites, notifications, and device and sign-in tokens.
What we keep
Records of past bookings, payments, refunds, payouts, and ratings are kept without your personal details (shown as "Deleted user") for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention obligations. Messages you exchanged with other users stay visible to them, shown as coming from "Deleted user". After that, these records are deleted or kept only in anonymised form.
